How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Haven't received an order confirmation?
Check that the email address you have used to place your order is correct - this is the most common cause of not receiving your order confirmation. It may also be that your e-mail provider has a spam filter that blocks certain emails so be sure to check that folder as well. If your transaction is successful and funds deducted from your account, you can contact us to verify and confirm your order was successful in the system.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we currently ship internationally, anywhere in the world. Keep in mind that the delivery time for some countries could be higher than expected. Please contact us if you need additional clarification.
What payment method do you accept?
Most major payment methods are offered but can vary for certain markets. At checkout you will be able to see the available payment methods to choose from for your market (e.g., credit card (MasterCard, Visa), Klarna, Swish, PayPal).
